About Us

Advanced Scalps is situated in the charming Market area of Brewood, conveniently positioned between Wolverhampton and Stafford in the West Midlands. It was founded by SMP Technician Richard Kurowski.

My journey into Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) started with my own struggles with hair loss during my late teens and early twenties. Despite trying laser treatments and even undergoing a hair transplant, I still didn’t achieve the look or confidence I desired. This led me to discover SMP, drawn to its non-surgical approach and instant results.

Driven by the desire to help others like myself, I left my job, completed intensive OCN C4L training, and opened my own clinic. The rest, as they say, is history. At Advanced Scalps, we place a strong emphasis on providing an exceptional customer experience—offering expert advice, setting realistic expectations, and delivering outstanding service in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Our clinic is conveniently located in Brewood’s Market Place, just 4 miles from J12 of the M6 and 5 miles from the M5.
