Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION AND DEPOSITS:

Upon booking your treatment,  our time and resources are committed and allocated. If you fail to attend the appointment giving insufficient notice or do not tell us in advance, we are then unable to allocate the time to someone else. For this reason, our policy  requests a deposit and will make a charge if insufficient notice, cancellation or amendment is given.

• When booking your appointment, a deposit of £100 will be taken, which is confirmation of your commitment to attend your appointment as stated. Payment information will then be sent over to you. Please be aware that deposits are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason, you should tell us as soon as possible and give at least 7 days notice before the scheduled start time. In the event that insufficient notice is given, a £50 additional charge will be incurred. Please be aware that this applies for all appointments, including touch up and Density treatments.
• Where booking a treatment within this period of 7 days then you may forfeit the right to request a change of appointment and these will be reviewed on a case by case. Any treatments booked within a 48hr period will not be eligible to change and will therefore occur the associated fees above.
• Any amendments to dates booked and scheduled will require at least 7 days notice prior to the booked appointment except in exceptional circumstances that will be reviewed on a case by case. In the event that insufficient notice is given, a £50 additional charge will be required prior to any further treatments which applies to all treamtents. 
• If you do not attend your appointment, and no contact is made, an additional £50 will be added to the outstanding amount and must be made payable upon the next appointment date.
• If you choose to reduce your treatment plan (i.e. not attend your 2nd or 3rd appointment), the full outstanding payment will be taken. Please remember the price is for the full treatment, not the number of sessions.
• If for any reason, you choose not to settle the full amount agreed for the treatment, this will void any warranty, void future fixed touch up rates and we may refuse further treatments/touch ups.
• Cancellation of Treatment. If the client decides to cancel any agreed treatments and no longer proceed notice must be provided in writing to Advanced Scalps. A notice of at least 7 days will be required prior to any treatments. Any deposits paid are not eligible for refund.
